Greg Pinks

When considering career choices, Greg listened intently to the conversations of his parents’ friends, hoping to discover which jobs were the most exciting. Instead, what he heard was a lot of frustration and disenchantment with the daily grind.
Perplexed by the notion of spending a lifetime in unfulfilling situations, Greg sought a career that could help make people’s working lives more enjoyable and more meaningful. This journey, sparked during high school, ignited Greg’s passion for creating exceptional workplaces.
Completing his Bachelor’s degree (for which he studied employee satisfaction) and then his Master’s degree (his research on employee commitment was published by Queen’s University), Greg then started his career in earnest.
With over 25 years experience in business strategy, leadership coaching, and employee engagement, Greg continuously refined his expertise as Vice President for two publicly traded Canadian companies.
Today, Greg supports senior leadership teams across Canada, leads leadership development for top talent, and serves as an executive coach in private and public organizations.
